PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fairly decide success/failure of a transaction for the competed transaction of securities market stocks or the like.;SOLUTION: A contents providing part 21 generates contents based on stock information sent from a securities market server 1 and provide them for a trading terminal 3. An indication time calculating part 33 acquires the time difference between display of provided contents on a display part 31 and input of an order for a transaction of the contents as an indication time and enciphers transaction data including this indication time and sends it to a securities company server 2. The securities company server 2 deciphers transaction data, and an indication time authenticating part 23 authenticates the indication time, and transaction data is transmitted from a transaction indicating part 24 to the securities market server 1. In the securities market server 1, a transaction processing part 11 decides the success of the transaction of transaction data including the shorter authenticated indication time when transaction data which are received from the securities company server 2 and have the same transaction conditions compete for the transaction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
