PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manganese peroxidase having especially excellent heat resistance and excellent hydrogen peroxide resistance.;SOLUTION: This manganese peroxidase which is obtained by culturing SC21 strain that is a variant prepared by irradiating Phanerochaete crysosporium with ultraviolet light, and has a residual activity of ≥50% after heated at 50°C for 45 min and also a residual activity of ≥50% after treated in the presence of 0.3 mM hydrogen peroxide solution at 37°C for one hr. Three kinds of isozymes constituting the concrete contents of the manganese peroxidase. The manganese peroxidase solution containing the isozymes.
