PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptor for pressure-resistant expansion test of a compact high- pressure gas container and a pressure-resistant expansion test method for automating a testing device by achieving continuous inspection without any restrictions to the outer diameter and height of the high-pressure gas container.;SOLUTION: In the pressure-resistant expansion test for gradually reducing the pressure in the high-pressure gas container after increasing the pressure in the high-pressure gas container to a fixed value and then maintaining this condition for specific time, and a permanent increate rate of the high-pressure gas container is calculated by an arithmetic expression according to the total amount of increase and the permanent amount of increase of the high-pressure gas container when the pressure decreases to a fixed value, a connection section for connecting the nozzle of an inspection head to the upper, central section of an adaptor body 31 having a hollow section 31a is provided, a connection section for connecting the compact high-pressure gas container 42 to the lower, central section of the adaptor body 31 is provided, and the peripheral section of a flange 33 that is stuck to the adaptor body 31 is clamped and fixed to the upper end section of a container trestle 32 that is arranged concentrically in the adaptor for pressure-resistant expansion test and the pressure-resistant expansion test method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
