PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trend information using system, a trend information using method, and a trend information using program for reducing a burden to a user required for a series of work up to delivery of an article from acquisition of trend information, and having high facility.;SOLUTION: This trend information using system is provided with a news DB 101 for storing news made by a newspaper publishing company, a trend information extracting part 103 for extracting the trend information such as personnel and ceremonial occasions from news data, a trend information editing part 105 for converting information into a format usable by the trend information using system by adding attribute information on an individual and a corporation to the trend information extracted by the trend information extracting part 103, a trend information DB 109 for storing the trend information edited by the trend information editing part 105, a registering information DB 115 for preregistering a specific individual and corporation, a processing part ill for transmitting the trend information and processing an instruction from the user via a communication network 119, and an article selling/delivery dealer DB 117 for storing information on an article selling/delivery dealer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
