PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure effective utilization of land by providing an hourly and monthly combination crime preventing parking system combined with crime prevention from a remote place.;SOLUTION: To effectively use wastefully unused very small land, common usage for hourly or monthly parking is provided per one space (a size of a vehicle) or a vertical type mobile parking device is installed to provide monthly parking in an upper stage and hourly parking in a lower stage, and a charging apparatus corresponding to an electric vehicle is installed. By installing a personal computer and a CCD camera as an integral type 1 or a separated type per the one space (the size of a vehicle) and registering identification (a driver's license or the like) of a user in an installed dedicated terminal device 4 through the Integrated Services Digital Network(ISDN) or the Digital Subscriber Line(DSL) by using a mobile telephone or a telephone line, monitoring can be provided from the remote place.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
