PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically reduce a care labor at a care facility and a home care family. SOLUTION: The device for guiding and carrying a care instrument is provided with a guiding belt constructed between a first site where a person to be cared usually lives such as a sickroom, a bedroom, etc., at the care facility or the home care family, and a second site built for a special purpose such as a bathroom, a rehabilitation room, etc., and the care instrument which loads the person to be cared conveyed by an automatic driving along the guiding belt between the first site and the second site.
