PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for automatically issuing a virtual store selling merchandise invoice capable of automatically issuing the invoice of a home delivery mail or the like in an unmanned state without the interruption of any operator when the order reception of merchandise is performed by using a communication network and a device for issuing an invoice for a virtual store and a virtual store opening server which is suitable for this system.;SOLUTION: In this system for automatically issuing a virtual store selling merchandise invoice, an invoice issuing device for the virtual store and the virtual store opening server, a server 5a for opening a virtual store 5 on a communication network 2 acquires merchandise delivery destination data inputted from a terminal operated based on the will of a person who wants to purchase merchandise to be sold by the virtual store 5 through the communication network 2, and transmits the acquired merchandise delivery destination data to an invoice issuing device 11.
