REEMPLOYMENT SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPING AND INTENSIFYING EMPLOYABILITY OF MIDDLE-AGED AND ELDERLY UNEMPLOYED PERSONS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reemployment support program for middle-aged and elderly unemployed persons.;SOLUTION: The intensification and development of the own 'employability' of each middle-aged and elderly unemployed person are indispensable and the following comprehensive solving means are practiced for this purpose: (1) The unemployed persons described above receive the education of three subjects; English, international accounting and personal computer, known as 'the Three Sacred Treasures of the Imperial House' for reemployment and further receive the manager training necessary for performing the duty as the persons holding administrative positions expected in the new places of work, (2) the greater part of the unemployed persons are inexperienced in job-changes and reemployment and are scarce in knowledge relating to the present situation of the labor market and therefore receive the guidance necessary for the reemployment. More preferably, the adequate advice and guidance for the future carrier path design by taking the own characteristics, career, desire and market need of each person and the results of the education and training of the three subjects to be carried out here into consideration.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
