PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an allowable limit whether a residual concentration of a pesticide is hazardous in a human body or not by finding roughly a tendency of a pesticide component, which is impossible in a conventional pesticide measuring method using antigen-antibody reaction.;SOLUTION: This detector is provided with a storage means 12 stored preliminarily with pesticide information as to the pesticide used for a detection- objective sample, a pesticide information reading-out means 16 for reading the pesticide information stored in the storage means by assigning the information of the objective sample, a reference-amount-for-pesticide-residue calculating means 13 for calculating a pesticide amount in a reference concentration for the pesticide residue based on the reading-out of the pesticide information by the pesticide information reading-out means, a safety.hazard determining means 13 for comparing the pesticide amount in the reference concentration calculated by the reference amount calculating means with a pesticide amount detected by a sample pesticide amount detecting means to determine whether the sample is hazardous in the human body or not when eaten, and display means 14, 15 for displaying or notifying whether it is hazardous in the human body or not based on the determination by the safety.hazard determining means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
