QUICK-SETTING AGENT SLURRY, SPRAY MATERIAL AND SPRAY TECHNIQUE USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick-setting agent slurry and a spray material, which prevent the sag of a quick-setting, cement concrete and have an available time to smooth a surface of the quick-setting cement concrete with a trowel.;SOLUTION: The quick-setting agent slurry contains a quick-setting component, a bisphenol condensation product and water. The quick-setting agent slurry may include calcium aluminates, gypsum and a setting retarder. An average molecular weight of the bisphenol condensation product is preferably from 5,000 to 30,000. The spray material may include a polyalkylene oxide. The available time of the spray material is preferably from 20 to 120 minutes. Mixing cement concrete with the quick-setting agent slurry on this side of 0.5 to 30 m from an end of a spray nozzle and spraying the quick-setting cement concrete from the spray nozzle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
