PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract water in a pipe with less noise and facilitate a water extracting work of a buried pipe under ground regardless of place.;SOLUTION: This pipe water extracting method comprises a traction jig mounting process of air-tightly mounting, to an opening end of a resin pipe 1, a traction jig G capable of air-tightly passing through the water extracting hose 11 having an opening 40 for extracting water at its one end, a pipe inserting process of pulling the traction jig and inserting the resin pipe into an existing pipe 4 having a recessed pipe part 4u, namely projecting downward, and a hose inserting process for inserting the water extracting hose through the traction jig so that an opening for water extraction intrudes into a place corresponding to the recessed pipe part of the resin pipe, and a pressurizing process for pressurizing the inside of the resin pipe in an inserted state of the water extracting hose.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
