PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a land information distribution system enabling to easily distribute information on locational condition of real estate, a land information distribution device, a land information distribution method, and a storage medium.;SOLUTION: In the land information distribution system, a terminal unit at a retriever side is connected to the land information distribution device through a communication network.
