PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an input work to a database for managing a multiple attendants becomes complicated as attendants increases, the management of the attendance situation of the people by a roll call, etc., also becomes complicated and, moreover, confirmation about whether the attendants obtain a printed matter such as a book or not is also difficult in a situation where the multiple people meet a plurality of times to perform a work and the people for the work have to possess the printed matter such as a book with an explanation about knowledge and technique which are required for the work.;SOLUTION: In this invention, the input work to the database can be shifted onto the attendants since they register individual information themselves. An error in the case of an input is reduced since the people themselves perform the input. Then the attendants themselves generate an attendance slip by requesting them to add an individual code transmitted from a server when the input work to the database is completed to a slip which is attached to the printed matter such as a book to be obtained. The slips where the code is added are collected so that attendance is efficiently confirmed.
