PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively provide various service for public use for regional residents, especially, educational solutions for residents.;SOLUTION: A data center 10 connected to a network 60 constitutes a portal site, which provided various services for public use for regional residents, especially educational ASP services for residents, and execution results of provided ASP services for public use are printed out by arbitrary I/O composite machines connected to terminals 30, 40, and 50 via the network 60.
