PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrode board of a lead storage battery, which has a uniform thickness, while having thin thickness, and generating of an internal short-circuit cannot, easily occur by obtaining uniform paste which does not contain massive lead sulfate, in the lead storage battery. SOLUTION: The electrode board is produced by applying the paste to a collector substance, which is produced by a 1st kneading which a part of lead powder having lead monoxide; and metal lead as a main gradient is kneaded with kneading water to make into the slurry-like paste; a 2nd kneading which lead sulfate is produced by adding a regulated amount of sulfuric acid; a 3rd kneading, which kneads it after an additional injection of the remaining lead powder; and the lead storage battery is constituted using this electrode board.
