PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the best services matching user's needs.;SOLUTION: When basic output settings are inputted from a user side and the amount of a desired charging upper-limit value is inputted, a providing function combined computation part 32 of a charging server SM1 computes and reports the best combination (output setting candidate) of services which can be provided within the range of the charging upper-limit value to a host computer H1, so that it is displayed on a user interface. When the user selects the output settings, the charging server MS1 informs an adequate output server PS1 of the output setting information that the user selects. The output server PS1 performs output processing and notifies the charging server MS1 of the end of the output at its end and the charging server MS1 having received the output end notice performs charging processing based upon unique key information specifying the user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
