PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for promoting management innovation and a system for managing the progress situation of management innovation, by which the result of management innovation can instantly be grasped and the results of the other departments or the other sections can instantly be known, too, in the case of carrying out management innovation from a view at a section level being the low-order organization of a company.;SOLUTION: The method for promoting management innovation and the system for managing the progress situation of management innovation for carrying out the management innovation of the whole company with a single company or a company group as the whole company and with the sections being the low order organization of the departments constituting the company as promotion units stores the progress situation of respective sections, the progress situation of the respective departments obtained by collating the progress situation by each belonging department and the progress situation of the whole company obtained by generalizing them respectively in a server terminal 1.
