PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an issued bond on-line settling method and device for serving for the case in which a buying enterprise makes a settlement of the due charge with a cooperative enterprise who delivers a service, building works, etc., whereby it is possible to avoid detriment such as chain dishonor generated after reception of the delivery of current goods, etc., owing to frequent use of drafts on the agreed charge settlement system.;SOLUTION: Any banking organ 1 such as a bank will utilize an issued bond at buying enterprise 2 of the cooperative enterprise 3 as a transfer guarantee, and therefore, an issued bond transfer contract between the banking organ 1 and cooperative enterprise 3 is authentically verified by an authentical electronic verifying organ 4 on the basis of the contents of issued bond notified by the buying enterprise 2 via a communication network, and according to the issued bond transfer contract verified authentically, the cash of an amount equivalent to the issued bond is advanced to the cooperative enterprise till the payment date of the bond as the conventional date of draft maturity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
