PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset printing machine which is equipped with a plate-making processing function on the machine capable of computer-to-press processing which omits all the intermediate processes such as a film output, a press plate photofinishing and so forth.;SOLUTION: In the offset printing machine having a plate cylinder 3 with a fore-nail and a back-nail which chuck a press plates S which are rolled around perimeter surface, a dipping unit 4, an inking unit 5 and a blanket cylinder 6, and an impression cylinder 7, a thermal transfer printer P for making a printing plate provided with an automatic paper feeding unit 8 for feeding a manuscript paper for the press plate, a print mechanism part 9 for printing manuscripts on the manuscript paper to make the press plate, a press plate automatic paper feeding unit 10 and an auxiliary unit 11 for storing the completed press plates and for sending out the said plates to wind around the plate cylinder is provided. An ink-ribbon of a ribbon cassette 9d is made in contact with the manuscript paper of water-retaining type, a thermal head 9e is heated, and an oil ink of the ink-ribbon is subjected to sublimate/transfer on a manuscript paper So to make the press plate by plotting printing element.
