PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately perform curve fitting including an antiresonance point to a frequency response function provided with a resonance point and the antiresonance point regarding a curve fitting method for performing curve fitting to the frequency response function provided with the resonance point and the antiresonance point, a curve fitting device, a curve fitting program storage medium storing a curve fitting program for operating a computer as such a curve fitting device and a loss factor measuring device for measuring the loss factor of a measuring object by using the method of curve fitting.;SOLUTION: A pole zero model is adopted as the model of curve fitting, an evaluation function based on the logarithm of the absolute value of the frequency response function to be the object of curve fitting and the logarithm of the absolute value of the pole zero model is adopted and a polarization repetition method is applied.
