APPARATUS FOR LIGHTING PULVERIZED-COAL FIRED BOILER, WITHOUT USE OF FUEL OIL

Apparatus for lighting a pulverized coal boiler without the use of fuel oil, encompasses insulated chamber (1) for thermic preparation of fuel with assembled tube plug (2) on the side, where you can find placed plasmotrone (3) encompassing the inner electrode (4) and exit electrode-nozzle (6). The external rim (9) of the exit electrode- nozzle (6) is placed from point (A) of the cut of the axes (10) of plasmotrone (3) with the extension of the external one, that is in contact with tube plug (2), chamber surface (1) for thermal preparation of fuel at a distance L=(0,8-1) d2; where is d2 -radius of channal of electrode- nozzle (1) on the external rim (9), whereas, the angle (alfa) between the axis (10) of plasmotrone (3) and axes (11) of chamber (1) for thermal preparation is placed in the scope of 30-150° C.
