METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING CULTURAL SUBSTRATE FOR THE CULTURE OF MUSHROOM CULTURES

A method for the preparation of culture substrates from organic substances for growing fungi cultures, especially for mushroom growing, comprises supplying a gas containing oxygen at a concentration of 22-30 vol % continuously or intermittently during the organic substance decaying process. Also claimed is a device for carrying out the process, containing a fan; pipes or channels; oxygen source; and measuring and control units for the culture substrate temperature and/or oxygen content.
