IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH A CONNECTION BETWEEN A MOBILE PART AND A BASE STATION (EP), THE MOBILE PART RESPONSES WITH A USER IDENTIFICATOR OF EACH INDIVIDUAL APPLIANCE (IPUI N). IN ADDITION, THE MOBILE PART IS ONLY ADDITIONALLY IDENTIFIED BY A USER IDENTIFIER OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SYSTEM (IPUI X). THERE ARE THREE ALTERNATIVES TO DETECT THE "COMMISSIONING IN RENEWED COMMUNICATION", THAT IS, A CONNECTION MADE EVEN IF THE MOBILE PART IS STILL IN COMMUNICATION: BASE THE USER IDENTIFIER OF EACH INDIVIDUAL APPLIANCE (IPUI N); B) DURING COMMUNICATION, THE BASE STATION REQUESTS THE USER IDENTIFIER OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SYSTEM (IPUI X); AND C) DURING COMMUNICATION, THE USER IDENTIFIER OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SYSTEM (IPUI X) IS ALSO TRANSMITTED BY THE MOBILE PART.
