The invention relates to a method for preparation of immunochemical complex useful for the detection of pathogens and determination of their antibiotic sensitivity. Using this process, the pathogen can be detected within 2 to 4 hours and the antibiotic sensitivity with 4 to 8 hours. The process is simple and cheap and quick. This method has wide application for detection of a large number of pathogens, agents, viruses and other infectious organisms.
