The invention relates to a method for producing transgenic teleost fish by intracytoplasmic injection of eggs with non-decondensed sperm nuclei which have been pre-incubated with the transgene DNA. Integration of the transgene into the germ line and non-mosaic expression of the transgene is achieved using this method.
