PURPOSE: A method for filling voice, filling hidden message, decoding hidden voice, and reading hidden message is provided to promote a marketing linkage through on-line and off-line by developing the voice synthetic technology, the sound code, the digital code, and the digital decoder. CONSTITUTION: A process produces a sound code, which is a premium voice message, a digital code having a hidden message, and a premium image by using a text to speech technology, which is a voice compound technology, and constructs a database(1). The process inserts a window for confirming the sound code and the digital code to a specific page of an event site(2). The process confirms a sound code, produces a digital decoder for decoding the digital code, and distributes it(3). A user enters to the site as a member and is connected with the page confirming the sound code and the digital code with a granted ID(identification) and a password(4). The process brings out the sound code button and the digital code corresponding to the present user to the confirming page from a sound code and digital code database(5). The user puts the digital decoder to the sound/digital code on a monitor(6). The user confirms a hidden message in the sound code and digital code by the digital decoder and clicks the button(7).
