PURPOSE: A system and a method for producing contents using the Internet are provided to maximize the mutual benefit of members and make the members share various contents by reselling the produced executing file to other members and by producing the contents at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A member connects to a web site and performs a log-in(100). A database of a web site server performs a member certification in order to confirm that the connector is a member of the site(101). The web site server confirms information of the member for producing contents, stores an image that the member desires to a morgue(104), and selects contents to produce(105). The web site server selects one of a game(106) and an electronic book(e-book)(107) and produces the contents(108). A contents producing server produces an executive file including the image of the member to a main game program(109). The web site server gets the member select as to whether the member sells the contents through an electronic commerce or not(110). If the member selects, the produced contents are stored in an electronic commerce database(111). Otherwise, the contents are stored in a morgue of the member so that the member receives a download directly(112).
