METHOD FOR RECOVERYING ON BULK CHARGING OF CANCELED SURSCRIBER IN A EXCHANGE SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for restoring a deleted subscriber message billing data in an exchange system is provided to accumulatively calculate a billing data of an existing subscriber when the same subscriber requests for registering as the same number in the state that the subscription for a telephone is cancelled. CONSTITUTION: When a subscriber registration command is entered through a terminal, a subscriber processing unit is informed of it through a switch processing unit in an MMC(Man-Machine Communication) process(201). It is checked whether the subscriber who entered the registration command is a subscriber deleted before in an operation supplementary process(202). A billing data stored in a deleted subscriber disk buffer is moved to a registered subscriber buffer(203). A counter is initialized to '0' and then is registered in a user buffer(204). The billing data stored in a disk is moved and stored into an MT(Magnetic Tape)(205).
