PURPOSE: Aluminum continuous extrusion-hot rolling integrated process and apparatus are provided which not only produce an aluminum coil having the same mechanical properties and performance as an aluminum coil produced by direct chilled process in a simple process but also reduce manufacturing costs of the aluminum coil. CONSTITUTION: The aluminum continuous extrusion-hot rolling integrated process comprises the steps of producing an aluminum plate by continuously extruding the aluminum billets after continuously supplying two or more aluminum billets; producing an aluminum roll by performing hot rolling on the aluminum plate one time; and cold rolling the aluminum roll, wherein the process further comprises the steps of casting and preheating the aluminum billets before extruding the aluminum billets; and carrying out annealing on the cold rolled aluminum coil. The aluminum continuous extrusion-hot rolling integrated apparatus comprises an extruder(1) for continuously extruding two or more aluminum billets which are continuously supplied, wherein an extrusion outlet temperature of the extruder is maintained in the temperature range of 480 to 500 deg.C; a hot rolling mill(3) for producing an aluminum roll by performing hot rolling on the aluminum plate one time; a bit member(2) which is installed between the extruder and the hot rolling mill in a certain depth; and a cold rolling mill for cold rolling the aluminum roll, wherein the cold rolled aluminum coil is annealed, and wherein the apparatus further comprises a rewinder(5) for winding the hot rolled aluminum roll, and a torch limiter mounted on the rewinder so as to reduce instantaneous pulling during winding of the aluminum roll.
