PURPOSE: A method for an additional communication business for managing mini bars of hotels and a business model thereof are provided to increase the convenience of guests by enabling a businessman to unitedly operate and manage a plurality of mini bars, and by reducing prices of articles according that the businessman unitedly purchases articles. CONSTITUTION: A businessman installs mini bars capable of being managed and mini bar controllers including designated computing addresses in each hotel room. In addition, the businessman installs a mini bar management H/E(Head/End). Communication networks are formed for the mini bars, the mini bar controllers and the mini bar management H/E. Each detail of the mini bars are managed in real time. A computing network between the H/E and a main hotel computing system is formed. Data on the details of the mini bars are transmitted to the main hotel computer. A payment of a guest is demanded according to the details. In case of checking out of the hotel, the quest pays hotel charges and mini bar fees. The H/E transmits the details to the businessman's main computer. The businessman supplies articles sold from the mini bars. Each main hotel computer transfers an amount of money to the businessman determined by deducting commissions from the fees.
