PURPOSE: An on line stock dealing system having EC(Electric Commerce) settlement function is provided to pay the purchasing price of a user occurred in using EC on the on-line with the deposit of a stock account or selling of the holding stock of the user. CONSTITUTION: The plural user computer(20) connects to the plural EC site(30) having a cooperation relation with a server(40) providing an on-line stock dealing service, displays the plural products information data and a form data for paying a purchasing price provided from the corresponding EC site, and outputs the data for the settlement amount of the stock account deposit and the selling request of the holding stock to the corresponding EC site in order to pay for the purchasing price. The plural EC site establishes a cooperation relation with the server providing an on-line stock dealing service in order to provide an EC settlement service by the deposit of the stock account and the selling of the holding stocks, provides the plural products information to the user through the server and the EC settlement service by the deposit of the stock account and the selling of the holding stocks, and delivers the products to the user after receiving the deposit of the stock account and accomplishing the selling of the holding stocks.
