PURPOSE: A system and method for distributing and depositing cash are provided to protect the money left over out of the money invested by automatically distributing the money over a protective amount to other related bank accounts after a stock broker is bankrupt. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a data file(1), a calculator(3), a computer(2), and a business model(4). The data file consists of a bank account data file(1-2), of banks related with a stock account of a customer, a cash data file(1-3), a cash balance data file(1-4), a stock account data file(1-5), a deposit money protective amount data file(1-6), and a general account data file(1-7) of a stock broker. The data file calculator calculating the data files consists of a stock trade program(3-1), an automatic cash transfer program(3-2), a cash balance control program(3-3), and a customer general drawing out program(3-4). If the cash remaining in the stock account of the customer is over the protective amount, the money is diversified to the related bank accounts.
