PURPOSE: A network management method for an information providing and EC(Electric Commerce) service of Internet web site is provided to make a know-how providing user and using user take a discount using the accumulated points by making everyone exchange the know-how information for each business category and applying an accumulation points system. CONSTITUTION: The general users(110a-110n) and store members(120a-120n) are connected to a store search server through the Internet and the regional managing stations(130a-130n) are connected to a store search server through the Internet after regional manager authentication mode. The user inputs a region, a category, a store name, an address, a telephone number, an e-mail address, a homepage and an advertising content. The store member directly constructs an advertising page by using the selection button of advertising page input screen and directly registers a product to a shopping mall by using the selection button of category, price, delivery, product image and product usage on a shopping mall product registration page.
