System for operating a research based on the internet surroundings and method for operating the research using the same

PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a questionnaire survey based on the Internet environment are provided to make a surveyor enjoy a customized service like an offline style while progressing the overall process of questionnaire survey through the online. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a combination of a DB block(70), a DB management server(20), a questionnaire survey management server(10), a cyber character management part(40) and a mailing management server(30). The DB block is equipped with a questionnaire client information DB(71), a questionnaire respondent information management DB(72), a questionnaire configuration information management DB(73), a questionnaire response information management DB(74), a message/character information DB(75) and a questionnaire result information management DB(76). The DB management server selectively stores the questionnaire client information, the questionnaire respondent information, the questionnaire configuration information, the questionnaire response information, the message/character information and the questionnaire result information in the DB block, and selectively outputs the various data from the DB block.
