SPOKEN-LANGUAGE UNDERSTANDING TECHNOLOGY BASED ON KOREAN NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING AND SPEECH RECOGNITION AND THE BUSINESS MODEL THEREOF

PURPOSE: A technique for recognizing voice language is provided to perform an accurate search and execution by adapting voice directions naturally outputted in a daily life to a speaker, recognizing the voice directions, and enhancing a recognition rate through a natural language process by a syntax analysis. CONSTITUTION: A computer(110) is connected to a relay device and includes a microphone capable of inputting voice directions through a network(200). An execution device(400) as a facsimile(410), a cash teller machine(420), and a pager(430) is a device capable of executing voice directions inputted by a user. A linking device(500) includes various kinds of servers on a web site on the Internet network linked with the relay device. As the linking device(500), a voice data supplying device(510) for supplying updated new voice data, a pronunciation data supplying device(520) for supplying updated new pronunciation data, and a related language supplying device(530) for supplying new words are provided. A relay device(300) relays an execution with respect to voice directions through a voice recognition and search, and comprises a processing unit(310) and a database unit(320). The database unit(320) comprises a management DB(321), a voice DB(322), a pronunciation dictionary(323), a related language DB(324), a record information DB(325) and a search result DB(326).
