PURPOSE: A credit transaction method using a sale condition on the EC(Electric Commerce) is provided to enable a buyer to buy an optimal product fit to the buyer and to enhance the reliability of the EC through the pursuit of the truthful transaction performance. CONSTITUTION: The credit transaction method using the sale condition comprises steps of a seller inputting the sale condition by connecting to a main server, an operator inputting the product information and the sale condition in a sale information database and uploading an item made from the product information and the sale condition, the buyer selecting the product having an optimal condition after searching for the product and the sale condition, the operator transferring the order contents to the seller after the reception of a buy request from the buyer and the confirmation of the credit state of the buyer and informing the buyer of the buying condition through the e-mail, the buyer paying the installment to a bank account of the operator by using a buyer code, and the seller delivering the product after the confirmation of the prepayment transfer and the notification of the delivery information to the buyer.
