PURPOSE: A method for calculating the traffic accident compensation on the on-line are provided to offer the standardized data and calculation method capable of calculating the compensation as the same level of an expert by inputting the diversity variables through a web browser. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of outputting the basic image data and text data information on a user interface by receiving the data from the server and displaying the connection buttons such as a compensation connection button written by a tag connecting to a compensation calculation program(100), and waiting the user's selection after outputting a plurality of connection buttons capable of connecting to the self-calculation program such as the compensation calculation, the speed per a hour or a second and the alcohol ratio in blood(120). After calculating the compensation according to the user's selection, the calculation result is stored in a temporary storage(160) and is displayed on the user interface by transmitting the calculation result stored in the temporary storage(170).
