PURPOSE: A real-time self differential positioning system in a limited zone and a method and system for recognizing the location of an MS(Mobile Station) using the same are provided to obtain an error range of a DGPS(Differential GPS) level by calculating a correction value for an MS's GPS signal only with a GPS receiver in the limited zone of a radius of one to several kilometers, without any additional equipment. CONSTITUTION: A real-time self differential positioning system in a limited zone is comprised of a simple reference station(10), an MS(30), and a central control center(40). The simple reference station(10) comprises a reference GPS receiver(11) that measures the location of the MS(10) through a satellite. The MS(30) comprises an MS GPS receiver(31) and the first wireless modem(32). The MS GPS receiver(31) measures the location of the MS(30) through the satellite. The first wireless modem(32) transmits an RGPS signal composed of location information and satellite time information transferred from the MS GPS receiver(31). The central control center(40) comprises the second wireless modem(43), a TGPS server(41), and a central control server(42). The second wireless modem(43) executes short range wireless communication with the first wireless modem(32). The TGPS server(41) receives an MGPS signal from the simple reference station(10), calculates a correction value from the received signal, and transmits it to the central control server(42). The central control server(42) extracts the location information of the MS(30) from the RGPS signal and information for an error-corrected MS real location from the correction value.
