A commercial method that conducts professional knowledge and aptitude evaluation of interviewees through the Internet and receives economic compensation from the company applying for it.
PURPOSE: A method for evaluating special knowledge and aptitude of interview objected person is provided to apply a special knowledge and information to an individual objected person and test the person and utilize the result as personnel management information of a company by receiving the special knowledge and information with respect to an aptitude test from a special human resources managing company to a general company through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: Information of an application company is registered for testing a special knowledge and an aptitude of an applicant(202). If a demand of an evaluation actually is generated, basic information with respect to the applicant and an item to be evaluated are transmitted to a server(204). Questions and answers for evaluating a special knowledge and an aptitude are constructed in a database of the server in advance(206). If an evaluation application is received actually, total question for evaluating only corresponding applicant is constructed(208). The corresponding applicant is connected through the Internet and answers to the total question and transmits the answer to the server. The transmitted answer is marked through a computer algorithm. Collected information with respect to the applicant is processed and used as special personnel management information.
