PURPOSE: A mechanism and a system for processing a group work for the common ownership of a one-to-many interactive web browser are provided to make users perform a web group work regardless of the physical working environment of the users, to secure synchronization on a slow network, and to secure the independence of each user. CONSTITUTION: A user requests a connection to a group work server(S200). The server certifies a connection to the server by checking an ID and a password of the user(S300). If the user is connected with the group work server, the user determines the necessity of a new session(S400). After a new session is made, the user waits for the joining of participants(S470). Users join in the new session or an existing session(S420). A person making a session decides to accept a new participant or not. Group work sessions of the participants in a session are connected with each other(S500). The audio and video are connected(S600). Thereafter, a group work is started(S700).
