PURPOSE: A method and a system for a renegotiation for an optimum transaction of an electronic commerce service are provided to renegotiate a seller with a plurality of participators in the case that the buyer or seller does not satisfy with a condition suggested by the participators by restarting a pre-suggested transaction condition in an inactive state. CONSTITUTION: A specific buyer or seller progresses a communication connection to a server computer of an electronic commerce for supplying a B2B electronic commerce service through a network communication network for performing a commodity transaction, and performs a new member registration and a log-in process(S100). The server computer creates a transaction in accordance with transaction creation data being inputted by the buyer or seller, and registers a corresponding transaction to a market place(S200). If the buyer or seller selects a transaction creation, the server computer outputs predetermined form data necessary for creating a transaction to a computer of the buyer or seller, and the buyer or seller selects a transaction participation(S300). After a plurality of buyers and sellers who participates in a specific transaction inputs data with respect to a transaction condition, the server computer controls a commodity transaction in accordance with a transaction approval of a transaction creating person for checking a negotiation condition suggested by transaction participators or recreates a corresponding transaction in accordance with a transaction recreation selection of the transaction creating person(S400).
