Rejuvenator for recycling of aged asphalt concrete and rejuvenated asphalt concrete containing the rejuvenator

PURPOSE: Provided are a rejuvenator for recycling a waste asphalt concrete, which is to save costs for waste disposal and resources of aggregate and asphalt and prevent an environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: The rejuvenator for recycling a waste asphalt concrete comprises 5-30 wt% of paraffin oil, 40-60 wt% of aromatic oil, and 20-45 wt% of naphthenic oil, based on total weight of the rejuvenator. The recycled asphalt concrete comprises 5-20 wt% of the rejuvenator in amount of 5-20 wt% based on total weight of the waste asphalt. The rejuvenator can recover an image of waste asphalt in waste asphalt concrete into that of new asphalt to recycle the waste asphalt concrete.
