PURPOSE: A composition containing grapefruit juice, a Schizandra chinensis Baillon extract and olive oil is provided which is effective in the removal of body waste, for example, a gallstone or fecal impaction and prevention of cholelithiasis and convenient to use, and exhibits almost zero toxicity. CONSTITUTION: Schizandra chinensis Baillon is extracted in water to give an extract having a brix value of 3 to 10, which is mixed with grapefruit juice and olive oil in a ratio of grapefruit juice, Schizandra chinensis Baillon extract and olive oil of 30-60:1-20:30-60. A stabilizer, preserving agent, emulsion agent or a suspending agent is additionally added to the above composition.
