A new method of making pills as soft-shell turtle eggs

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing turtle egg shaped pills using a new herbal method is provided to increase a value of utilization of herb medicine and the reliability of pill products by clearly displaying a mixture rate of components and visual effects thereof. CONSTITUTION: According to the pill manufacturing method adopting a new herbal method, turtle egg shaped pills of double structure are obtained. The turtle egg shaped pill has a diameter of about 3cm, and comprises soft and hard portions arranged alternately. The pill is molded by using a rotation type coating device or a mold. Also, a certain natural pigment(extracted from food) is able to be added into the pill, but an amount of the pigment is limited within a predetermined value.
