PURPOSE: An environment regulation information providing system and method is provided to offer country or company information with respect to individual harmful material, and to offer harmful material information with respect to individual country or company over the internet. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of determining if a user requests environment related information with respect to each country or requests country or company information with respect to each harmful material, displaying a country selection web page in a case that the user requests environment related information with respect to each country, displaying a specific harmful material selection web page in a case that the user requests country or company information with respect to each harmful material, and displaying the information on the selected country or the selected harmful material. In order to easily identify a specific country, a graphical map can be offered via a user interface.
