PURPOSE: A method for setting a call path using a low earth orbit-satellite system which interworks with an IMT(International Mobile Telecommunication)-2000 network is provided to allocate a traffic by bypassing a path in which a satellite in an overload state is passed using traffic load information of neighboring satellites for using a path in which the neighboring satellite with a low load is passed. CONSTITUTION: An object node judges using available bandwidth information received from neighboring satellites whether it is possible to optimize a pair of input/output links using an other link in a domain(S12). If it is impossible to optimize a pair of input/output links, it is judged whether a call is a hand-over call(S16). If the call is not the hand-over call, it is confirmed whether an available bandwidth of an object link is narrower than an available bandwidth of a link of a temporary path(S18). If the call is the hand-over call, it is judged whether the available bandwidth of the object link is narrower than an available bandwidth for the hand-over call(S20). A mean available bandwidth of the object link and replacement paths about the object link is calculated(S22). Weight values of the replacement paths about the object link are calculated, and the sum of the calculated weight values is calculated(S24). A probability in which it is possible for the call which requests a path setting using the object line to use the replacement path is calculated(S26). If the calculation of the probability, the object node is corrected so that the call passes the replacement path on the basis of the calculated probability, and requests the change of path to a necessary node(S28).
