PURPOSE: An Internet broadcasting system for displaying a moving picture file for a public information is provided to display a video advertising matter having large-sized data while a character broadcasting is broadcasted rapidly and smoothly. CONSTITUTION: In an Internet broadcasting system for displaying a moving picture file, a web server(10) supplies a document file consisting of a hyper text on the Internet(11). A plurality of client computers(30a-30n) stores a hardware and a software capable of executing a web browser therein and includes an auxiliary memory medium having a moving picture file for public information and a display unit. The moving picture file for public information stored in the auxiliary memory medium is displayed while document files being supplied from the web server(10) are displayed on the display unit of each client computer. The auxiliary memory medium calls corresponding advertising data in accordance with a designated order and displays the advertising data on the display unit according to a request of the client computer.
