PURPOSE: A system for automatically transmitting educational matter information of children is provided to control an entrance and exit of the students and lecturers according to lecture classes through an identity recognition using personal information using an identity recognizing device such as an RF(Radio Frequency) card, a smart card, or a fingerprint recognizing device, and construct a database based on the information. CONSTITUTION: An educational institute card issuing and managing system(1) endows an RF card being issued to a lecturer and a student with a specific number(ID) according to each card. The managing system(1) makes the lecturer and the student store one's ID and information in the issued RF card. When the lecturer or the student accesses the RF card to a card recognition terminal(5) mounted in an entrance, the card recognition terminal(5) recognizes the user information in the card and transmits user information to the managing system(1). Thus, entrance and exit information of the lecturer or the student is stored in a database of a server. A children educational matter information automatically transmitting system(2) stores entrance and exit information of the lecturer or the student in a database and makes parents, a lecturer, and a manager of the institute of students access to the database on the Internet and perform one's inherent work.
