The present invention relates to a mobile grounding device. The present invention is to form a plate-like ground plate (10, 10 ') having a predetermined area on the ground (g) to perform the grounding. Fastening holes 12 were formed in the ground plates 10 and 10 'to allow fasteners 20 to penetrate to ground g. The handles 15 are installed at end portions of the ground plates 10 and 10 'facing each other to facilitate portability. Preferably, the ground plates 10 and 10 'are formed of at least two, and each of the ground plates 10 and 10' is electrically and physically connected to the connection line 19. The ground plates 10 and 10 'are provided with a connection terminal 17 to which a ground connection line w' of the equipment or a ground connection line w 'for connection with another grounding device is connected, respectively. The grounding device according to the present invention having such a configuration allows a relatively large area of the ground plates 10 and 10 'to be in close contact with the ground to perform grounding so that it can be easily installed and used quickly in various places. There is an advantage to this. Such a design can be particularly useful for securing a defined ground resistance value for military mobile equipment that must move quickly and perform operations.
