FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: design and specifications and construction documentation of object are analyzed, criteria of applicability and their permissible values are established. Geodetic control of object with reference to two base points as minimum is formed with simultaneous adjustment of errors. Then coordinate-spatial control of object is created. Horizontal and vertical angles and distances to each specified point of individual structural members of object and of points determining outline and peculiarities of geometry of component parts of object are determined. Linear dimensions of structural members and distances between points of outlines of structural members with reference to coordinate-spatial control are found with simultaneous coding of description of object and identification of structural members. Spatial coordinates of structural members and points are computed. Instrument inspection of object is conducted, actual physical parameters and characteristics of materials of object as well as parameters and characteristics of ground foundation are determined, values of parameters of injuries of structural members of object and structure as whole are found. Spatial multiparametric digital models of object and diagrams of its loading are plotted on basis of these data. EFFECT: provision for quality and precision of measurements. 3 cl
